This collaboration seeks to revolutionize customer service management, merging generative artificial intelligence with human interaction. By integrating our conversational platform, Lili Assist, with Twilio Flex, Twilio's contact center solution, companies can provide a more personalized and efficient experience, empowering agents with advanced tracking tools and automated recommendations.
