TERMS AND CONDITIONS REFERRAL PLAN “AMBASSADORS VOZY”
This document contains the terms and conditions to which the participants of the so-called activity will be subject “VOZY AMBASSADORS REFERRAL PROGRAM” (hereinafter “Activity”), organized by Vozy S.A.S (hereinafter “Organizer”). Participation in the activity implies full and unconditional knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms and conditions or of the procedures and/or systems established for carrying out this Activity will imply the immediate exclusion/elimination of the Participant, whether this occurs before or after its completion.
1. OVERVIEW OF THE ACTIVITY
a. Name of the activity: VOZY AMBASSADOR REFERRAL PROGRAM.
b. Duration: The start date is August 11, 2023 and will end when determined by the Organizer, the end will be notified through the company's various internal and external means.
c. Coverage: The Activity is open to all active Vozy customers, taking into account the exceptions described in the rules for participating in the activity.
d. Objective: The Activity aims to motivate our clients to help us generate business opportunities with another area, department or company. The Activity is managed and is the responsibility of the Organizer.
and. Media Used: Any means that the Organizer has at his disposal and considers useful for the dissemination of the Activity.
1.1. DESCRIPTION OF THE MECHANICS
- The participant should think about what other area or company believes the organizer can generate value.
- The participant will have to help and manage a virtual or physical meeting with that leader who they think might be interested in what the organizer offers as a technology services company. If the participant makes it this far, the meeting takes place, he can redeem any benefit in the category “SILVER”.
- The organizer will be responsible for presenting the services and persuading the referee to close the business. The participant is not required to push for closure but can voluntarily do so in order to redeem a second benefit.
- If the organizer manages to close a business relationship with that referral, the participant will be immediately notified via Whatsapp or phone call and automatically the participant can choose another benefit, but this time from the category”GOLD”.

2. RULES FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY
All people who meet the requirements set out in the previous paragraph and who participate in the activity as established may participate. These individuals will be referred to as the “Participant (s)” throughout this document.
a. Current Vozy customers or prospects who are already in the commercial funnel may participate.
b. To refer a new contact, the referrer must know and be known to the one to whom he refers.
c. People who want to participate may use the pieces of the campaigns or symbols of the program but they cannot impersonate company officials to promote the activity.
d. The participation of the customer or prospect is free of charge.
and. These terms and conditions, as well as the Activity prizes, are not negotiable or redeemable for any other benefit.
f. The Activity reserves the right to refuse the registration of any person who does not meet the requirements to participate.
g. The data entered by the referee and the person referring must be verified, which must be correct and completed completely. If there are errors in the information, the benefit will not be delivered.
h. The Organizer reserves the right to end this Activity early and to modify the terms of this document, at any time. The foregoing, without the need to provide any explanation or compensation in favor of the Participants.
i. The Organizer will not be responsible for any reason for damages of any kind or for what may happen to the Winner, as a result of their participation in the Activity and execution of the Prize.
j. The Organizer's responsibility is to notify the attribution and to comply with the delivery and making available of the Prizes to the winners.
k. The Organizer will adopt whatever measures it deems appropriate to prevent any conduct by Participants whose purpose is to act against or carry out fraudulent actions against this Activity or in breach of the Terms and Conditions, to the detriment of other participants, or third parties and as a result may exclude from the Activity the Participant who engages in such conduct, who may also lose all right to the prize if he eventually obtained it.
l. These Prizes cannot be combined with other dynamics, activities or events of the Organizer and the maximum redemption time for each benefit per participant.
m. Winners are considered to be all those who refer to an effective meeting and/or closing of business of that referral, for this purpose they must formally register for the activity through the following website: https://go.vozy.co/embajadores-vozy
n. The referrals whose referrals sit in a virtual meeting with the organizer or a business relationship is formally closed through the signing of a purchase order will win.
or. The benefits will be redeemed within a maximum period of 3 months after the organizer notifies the participant.
p. Benefits are not cumulative and cannot be awarded for more than two consecutive months.
q. The benefits of the silver category do not apply again to the gold category, meaning that you cannot choose the same benefit for the same product in two different categories.
3. REGULATIONS FOR THE USE, MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By participating in this Activity, Participants accept the Organizer's personal data processing policies, and they know that the Organizer and the agencies or persons authorized by the Organizer are responsible for the processing of their information, which may be used for commercial and service purposes, informing that:
a. In the exercise of the data processing authorized here, the Organizer will comply with the provisions established in Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 and other regulations that modify them. Therefore, the Organizer will take the necessary technical and administrative measures to guarantee the correct exercise of the right to habeas data, such as requesting its rectification, deletion and consultation, as well as the security of the data in its possession, avoiding its alteration, loss, treatment, access, or unauthorized reproduction.
b. To learn more about the data processing policy, Participants can consult (the idea there is to put the URL when we already upload it).
c. By accepting this document, the Participant authorizes the Organizer and the agencies or persons authorized by the Organizer, to process their data for the purposes indicated, and in accordance with current regulations on data processing.
4. DELIVERY OF THE BENEFIT
a. Once the effective meeting or closing of the deal is obtained, the participant's Customer Success or Key Account Manager will automatically notify them by Whatsapp or telephone. Once that happens, the information will be verified, verifying that the participant in the activity complies with the conditions described above. If a year after registration, no response is obtained from the referrer, it will be understood that the participant does not wish to claim the benefit.
b. To access the benefit granted by each referral in generating an effective meeting or closing of business, it is necessary to coordinate between the participant and the organizer's Customer Success or Key Account Manager, the most appropriate way to redeem the prize within a maximum period of 3 months after the participant is notified that he won.
5. NOTIFICATIONS AND DELIVERY OF INCENTIVES
a. Once the information has been validated, the participant's Customer Success or Key Account Manager will notify them via WhatsApp or Call within a maximum period of 48 hours informing them of the process to follow.
b. If you are not a winner or have not received notification, you can send them to the email cacero@vozy.co.
c. A first notification will be made to the cell phone number by Whatsapp message and then a telephone call when we see that the referred contact has already gone through an effective meeting or the business has closed, this notification will be made only once, and if there is no response after 15 days, it will be understood that the participant does not want to receive the incentive.
