Using Sub-processors

Vozy uses sub-processors to help provide Vozy services. This page provides information about the identity and function of each sub-processor used by Vozy.

What is a Subprocessor?A sub-processor is a third-party data processor contracted by Vozy, which includes entities within the Vozy Group, that may access or process Personal or Service Data.

‍Security Measures

Vozy requires its sub-processors to comply with obligations equivalent to those required of Vozy (as its data processor) in the Vozy SaaS Agreement, including:

• Process Personal and Service data in accordance with the documented instructions of the data controller (i.e., the subscriber).

• Ensure that personnel participating in sub-processing activities are reliable and subject to a contractually binding obligation to maintain data privacy and security.
  ‍
• Implement and maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards This may include the provision of an annual certification demonstrating compliance with this obligation, or in the absence of a certification, Vozy reserves the right to audit the sub-processor.
  ‍
• Timely inform Vozy of any actual or potential security breaches; and
  ‍
• Cooperate with Vozy on requests from data controllers, data subjects or data protection authorities, as appropriate.
